Wedding Details

We will be married Saturday, July 25th, 2015 at 5:00pm at a private residence just outside of 
Sunriver in Central Oregon. The ceremony will be held along the Deschutes River under the 
shade of ponderosa pine trees. Lawn games, cold beverages and tasty snacks will follow on the
other side of the property immediately after the ceremony. A delicious al fresco dinner will be
served at 7:00pm, followed by dessert. 

Then the real party begins. Bring your dancing shoes, and don't forget to take a break to step
inside our photo booth for some pictures. 

Please plan to leave the little ones at home for our wedding.

There is a large flowing river right on the property, and we would like everyone to be able 
to enjoy themselves fully at this event. Younger guests, six and older are welcome to stay

Please note: The turn for the venue is a gravel road in between Benham Falls Trailhead and 

Circle 7 (don't worry, we will have ample signage so you don't get lost, and the gate will be open). 

Parking is very limited, so please carpool if possible, or park in the surrounding neighborhoods 

before entering the gate and take the short walk to the venue.

We will be arranging transportation from a Sunriver common area (tbd) to the venue by bus.

Please plan to arrive around 4:30pm for pick up. There will be multiple returns at the end of 

the evening, and those of you staying outside of the area can arrange taxis from there. We are

still working out all the details, so please stay tuned for more information.

Traveling from Oregon

From Portland: Take the Mt. Hood pass through Madras and Redmond
From Corvallis: Take Highway 20 through Sweet Home and Sisters
From Salem: Take the Santiam Pass through Stayton and Sisters

Traveling from California
By car: Take 1-5 and US Highway 97 through Klamath Falls and the Deschutes Forest
By plane: You can take SJC-PDX, rent a car and drive over via the Mt. Hood Pass, fly
from SJC-PDX-RDM (which is our small local airport in Redmond, about 40 minutes
from the venue), or fly directly from SFO-RDM or LAX-RDM.

Whether staying in Sunriver (where the wedding will be held), or in Bend, there are many
lodging options in the area at every price point. We recommend searching Airbnb, VRBO
or Mountain Resort Properties to find the perfect place to stay. Sunriver also has their

If you are interested in staying at another Resort, or a hotel in Bend, we would be happy to 
provide recommendations. Just shoot us an email. Camping nearby is another option.

It looks like many rentals and hotel rooms are beginning to fill up for the summer months.

Please come dressed in formal attire (no jeans). Ladies, keep in mind that the property is full
 of grass and natural terrain when it comes to picking out your shoes for the evening. Central
 Oregon is typically sunny and quite warm in July, but it could get a bit chilly at night, so bring
 light layers. Luckily the property is heavily shaded, so it should be cool from the summer sun.
 The festivities will be held entirely outdoors.
